The service is designed to be completed within 15 minutes of chair time. Please allow extra minutes for check-in and brief consultation so technicians can evaluate the issue. If a full reapplication is needed, we will recommend a longer appointment.
Fix (15-mins) is complimentary for eligible minor repairs noted in our policy. Major damage, extensive rebuilding, or replacement of multiple nails may incur a charge. Our team will inform you before proceeding if any fee applies.

Technicians aim to maintain your existing color and finish whenever possible. Small repairs are blended and sealed to match the surrounding polish. If exact color matching isn't feasible, weāll discuss options before proceeding to ensure a seamless look.
